  1. Entry to the Giveaway is free.
  2. The Giveaway is run exclusively by Captain Darkseason Twitch Channel
  3. Multiple entries are permitted.
  4. The winner will be chosen at random by an authorised representative of Captain Darkseason Twitch Channel.
  5. Giveaway prizes are always subject to availability, and may be substituted for similar products if needed at the discretion Captain Darkseason.
  6. All Giveaway prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives can be offered.
  7. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the Giveaway period ending.
  8. The Promoters may terminate the promotional Giveaway at any time.  Should the promotion be terminated, no entries will be accepted after the date and time of termination.
  9. The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
